WELLNESS APARTMENT IN THE HEART OF VENICE
The hostess will meet you at your arrival to the closest imbarcadero and will take you to the apartment. She will explain all you need to know to feel comfortable and become familiar with the house. She will also answer to all your questions and will be your reference point for any need.
It is necessary for you to contact directly the hostess by mail or phone at least ONE WEEK BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL so to set up an appointment, which is especially useful in case your arrival is ‘after-hours’ (in this case you’ll have to pay an extra fee to the hostess herself).
We also advice you to leave your mobile number: this will help our hostess in solving rapidly any potential problems. Please remember that our hostess are professionals and not volunteers.
DURING CHECK IN YOU’LL HAVE TO PAY AND LEAVE TEMPORARILY CASH TO THE HOSTESS:
- Cash pay of 60 euros for cleaning
- Cash pay a deposit of 300 euros. If during the check out verification no damages are detected you will certainly receive your money back.
Please take care of the house that hosts you. The management of a house in Venice is generally an expensive affair, and this apartment in particular is even more difficult to manage. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
THE HOSTESS TIME TABLE
The check in service is normally guaranteed every day from 11.00 am to 11.30 pm, but in the case of this apartment the time table is as follows:
- Check in from 3 to 7 pm
- Check out (with a supervision of the house’s conditions) is at 11 am
IF THE CHECK IN IS BETWEEN 7.30 PM AND 11.30 PM THE COST IS 50 EURO PLUS VAT 22%
That you can pay (cash) directly to the hostess.
During the check in it is mandatory that you provide your documents so to be registered to the Police’ site; moreover, you’ll have to pay 60 Euros as a general cleaning fee and 300 Euros as a caution.
TOURIST CITY TAX:
The city of Venice requires the payment of a tourist tax for each tourist: this tax has to be payd cash to the hostess during check-in.
